I am not a happy customer!
I have purchased cover but the purchase of the vehicle did not go through last second so I requested the cover to be cancelled before it has started and they refused to issue a refund. the online system did not even allow you to cancel 3 minute after pressing the button!!!! I was charged £35 for nothing! An insurance company is supposed to take a premium for a risk they have took insuring a vehicle you have driven. I had no insurable interests on the vehicle so cover should be void ab initio and a full refund should be issued but they took the money for nothing and refused to give a refund.
They ignored my complaint email and refused to hear me, simply hiding behind their terms and condition. Tempcover.com exploits the urgency of the need of its users to hide their terms and condition. It is simply not fair to take a premium for a cover that was not needed especially if cancellation was requested before the cover has even started! Tempcover.com You are thieves, exploiters and cowards! That all I have to say...
Thank you and you can keep the £35 pound i am sure this will make to shareholders a bit richer! Thank you for nothing.
