What a cluster##% this is.
What kind of broadband provider let’s it’s customers 4 days without internet and the service has still not been reestablished in the New Malden KT3 area and thousands of other households and merchants across the UK are still without internet since Thursday 19th December 2019.
Do you think VM had had the courtesy to send a email via which to apologise ??!! Well, None of that had happened.
They are keeping us in the dark and it looks like we gonna have an internet-less Christmas this year.
Thank you Virgin media for my early Christmas present.
I’ll remember this when the contract ends.
